Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the program. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Banner Dept Referral Program is available exclusively to our current customers and email subscribers. To be eligible for participation, you must meet one of these criteria.

2. Referral Reward

For each friend you refer to Banner Dept who meets the following conditions, you will receive a £20 Amazon e-voucher as a reward.

3. Referral Conditions

a. Your friend must mention your email address to us during their purchase process. This email address must match the address we have on record for you as the referrer.

b. Your friend must make a minimum purchase of £250 on a custom banner from Banner Dept.

c. Your friend must be a new customer to Banner Dept.

4. Reward Redemption

Once your referred friend has completed their purchase and met the conditions mentioned above, you will receive a £20 Amazon e-voucher via email. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. You will receive a voucher for each new customer who meets the criteria.

5. Restrictions

a. Referrals cannot be made retroactively for past purchases or existing customers.

b. Referrals are valid only for custom banner orders.

c. Your friend must complete their purchase before you can receive your reward.

6. Use of Vouchers

The Amazon e-voucher rewards are subject to the terms and conditions set by Amazon. Banner Dept is not responsible for any issues or disputes related to the use of these vouchers. Please refer to Amazon's terms and conditions for more information.

7. Disqualification

Banner Dept reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior. Disqualified participants will forfeit any rewards earned.

8. Program Modification and Termination

Banner Dept reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of program termination, all unredeemed rewards will be void.
